Belterra is situated within the exemplary Dripping Springs ISD. The elementary school is Rooster Springs and located within Belterra on “Belterra Drive”. This school was opened for the first time in 2007 and teaches PPCD through the fifth grade. Middle school (6-8) is Dripping Springs Middle located approx. 6 miles in Dripping Springs. High School (9-12) is Dripping Spring High also located within Dripping Springs. Dripping Springs ISD is considered by many as one of the finest school districts in the state.
